As a fertility hypnotherapist, people often assume my job is to hypnotise you.
But in truth?
Much of my work is about de-hypnotising you.
De-hypnotising you from fear.
From inherited beliefs.
From “false evidence appearing real.”
Because fear is powerful. And when you’re trying to conceive — especially if you’ve been through IVF, loss, or medical trauma — it’s very easy to absorb suggestions that don’t actually belong to you.
