I’m Naomi Woolfson
I'm a Fertility Therapist, Cognitive Hypnotherapist, and an Expert on Emotional Resilience.
For over a decade, I’ve been supporting people through some of life’s most emotionally demanding experiences — infertility, pregnancy loss, burnout, anxiety, and deep uncertainty. My work centres on helping people feel safe in their own bodies again, build genuine emotional resilience, and find calm and confidence no matter what life throws their way.
My speaking style is calm, compassionate, and practical. I blend science-backed psychology with the power of the subconscious to create sessions that don’t just inspire change — they activate it.

My Experience
I’ve delivered talks and workshops for a wide range of audiences and organisations — from global wellbeing summits to corporate wellbeing programmes. A few highlights:
Fertility Network Support Group (North London) – I ran monthly fertility support and wellbeing workshops for small groups of 4–10 members for the UK charity. Creating safe spaces for emotional healing and growth.
MindBelly Connection Fertility Summit – My talk “Happier, Healthier, and More Relaxed in Just Three Minutes a Day” attracted over 100 new members to my community and helped attendees experience the power of simple mind-body shifts.
IVF Babble – I ran an online workshop on Using Hypnosis and Mindfulness to Reduce Stress and Enhance Fertility, teaching techniques to support emotional balance and physical wellbeing.
Interquest Professional Development Series – I was invited to speak to Quest Institute-trained hypnotherapists about how to integrate mindfulness into their work with clients.

Womanifest Festival – I spoke on the importance of the mind-body link when it comes to making and birthing babies.
The Institute of Physics – I created and ran two bespoke wellbeing and resilience workshops for staff. I focused on practical, evidence-based techniques for managing both stress and time.
Logistics Real Estate – I ran a 30 minute guided visualisation and relaxation session for their Parents Network.
