One-to-One Support
I offer 6 and 12 week packages to those of you that have completed (or are still working through) The Embrace Fertility Method.
The package length depends on the level and depth of support you would like:

The 12 week package
- 6 x therapy/coaching sessions unique to you to include:
- 4 x 75 minute sessions to check in with what you need support on and work through techniques to move you towards your goal.
- 2 x 90 minute AMDR sessions that can be used for trauma release or belief shifting
- Video recordings of your sessions so you can refer back
- Personal visualisations/mediations within your sessions
- MP3s of the above so you can listen again
- Text/voicenote support in Telegram throughout the 12 weeks
- 3 months Embrace Circle membership in the app.
- 6 Embrace Circle Group Calls
Investment £1500
(excluding card/transfer fees at 2.9%. No fee for direct bank transfer)
