Bespoke Support

Trying for a baby weaves its way into every area of your life — physical, emotional, hormonal, social. Nothing is untouched.

The transition into motherhood is known as 'matrescence'. But long before you hold your baby, you're already transitioning — between the woman you once were and the mother you're becoming. That in-between can feel disorientating, and it's often one of the most significant times in a woman's life.

Like adolescence, this is a whole body transformation. It's common to lose touch with who you are as you figure out who you're becoming — and that loss of identity only deepens the longer you've been trying to conceive.

Creating a life you love during this time is possible. With the right therapy and coaching techniques, finding yourself again becomes part of your baby-making plan — not something that has to wait until after.

Jamie - Shifting Beliefs

"Naomi is always so helpful in getting to the root of the matter. After working with her for over a year and going through her Embrace Fertility and pregnancy programs I have a good understanding of EFT and various methods that she has taught to help shift beliefs and work through various issues that come up on my own.

However-working 1:1 with her is completely different as she is able to listen and guide the session to be extremely effective in shifting beliefs, calming your mindset and providing next steps as needed.

Since Naomi has been through similar experiences through fertility it is always helpful to have her feedback on certain circumstances as she understands what you may be going through after fertility struggles in a way that those who have not may not completely understand."

Rachel - Healing Trauma

"I am always in awe of how you can so quickly and gracefully integrate incredibly helpful tools and exercises into our sessions, based on what is sometimes just a chaotic rambling/ venting on my part!!!

You are able to help me find clarity, and guide me through breaking it all down to the fundamental “issues” and then work through those one by one on a deeper level. You are truly brilliant at this!!

I'm so grateful to have found you! You are helping me to heal from one of the great traumas of my childhood. I know that this healing will have a positive effect on my life, my relationships, my own self-image and self-confidence. I will be a better mother for it too :)."

With you every step of the way

This is the level of care and support I wish that all women had during fertility, pregnancy and motherhood.

Infertility is a time when past hurts, traumas and strain in relationships can come to the surface.

Being pregnant and having a baby forces us to reevaluate our values and beliefs and the desires we have for our lives.

Imagine having a therapist to support you through all of this and more, allowing you to feel calm and confident during trying and then your pregnancy and while preparing for labour and birth.

The number of women experiencing high anxiety during pregnancy, traumatic birth and postnatal depression and depletion is on the rise.

Antenatal anxiety has consistently been found to be a strong predictor of postnatal anxiety and depression.

1 in 10 women experience postnatal depression within a year of giving birth.

45% of new mothers report experiencing birth trauma.

Utilising proven mind-body techniques to manage stress, process and clear trauma and soothe the mind and body has a clear benefit for both mother and baby.

Poppy - Early Pregnancy Support

"Before our (pregnancy support) session I was so anxious. I could envisage hearing bad news at the six week scan and was struggling to see how this could be positive. After the session I felt uplifted. I felt that my concerns had been validated but shifted into a more positive mindset.

I am so pleased I reached out to Naomi for 1:1 sessions. She was so flexible and could offer me a session really quickly.

Naomi makes me feel at ease and she is so down to earth. I love her approach to therapy, and her sense of humour too! She listened to my concerns and pulled out many strategies from her toolkit to help me, personalising each one to me and my specific anxieties. I would highly recommend Naomi to anyone trying to conceive."

 Steph - 5*/5* Birth Experience

"Hey Naomi I wanted to let you know that Imogen  was born yesterday morning at 4:52 am weighing 7.5 pounds. Due to your techniques I had a drug free birth not even gas and air and labour totalled 4.5 hours!! We were then home within 12 hours! You are a superstar. I don’t know why people wouldn’t do hypnobirthing!! Thank you so much xxx."

Jamie - New Mum Support

"With all of the additional responsibilities of being a Mom it is even more difficult to find the time to process stress and anxiety, in my case around breast-pumping and a question of supply issues.

Working with Naomi were able to quickly get to the root of those feelings, process the emotions through tapping and create a plan to manage the stress around pumping moving forward.

In addition to the emotional support Naomi provided a great amount of resources and tips for the practical part of pumping and reinforced the need for Mom to get some me time. I always know that Naomi will do everything she can to support me through the bumps in the road."

Bi-weekly sessions & telegram voicenote Support

In the whirlwind of life, it can feel like there’s never a moment just for you. But what if you could press pause - every two weeks - and have dedicated time to focus on your wellbeing, your health, your passions, and your career/business?

Having one-to-one therapy in the diary every fortnight creates a powerful rhythm of support. It’s not just about healing—it’s about growing, recharging, and reconnecting with the woman you are beneath the many roles you hold.

Two weeks is the perfect space:

– Not so far that you lose momentum,

– Not so close that it feels overwhelming,

– Just enough to breathe, reflect, and shift.

This is your space to be heard, held, and guided. Whether you’re processing emotions, reigniting creativity, or untangling the mental load, regular therapy gives you a foundation to build from - personally and professionally.
